TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
All orders accepted are subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.

We are not responsible for typographical errors on our website, other sites or search engines.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Net 30 days from date of invoice for accounts with established credit.
Open credit may be established by submitting credit satisfactory information with or before placement of an initial order
A valid Sellers Permit with Tax ID must be provided by Texas resellers
Accounts must remain current or shipments will be held.
For your convenience we also accept Mastercard and Visa
To make a purchase by credit card, you must provide us with:
A valid credit card number
Your name as it appears on the card,
The credit card type
The date of expiration
The CVV Security Code
Any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card
First-time orders may require Identity Verification before shipment
By submitting credit card information to us, you hereby agree that you authorize us to charge your card at our convenience but within thirty (30) days of credit card authorization. All sales of products and services are final. All charges from those sales are nonrefundable.

All amounts are in U.S. Dollars and do not include taxes if applicable
All prices and products are subject to change and withdrawal without prior notice
Items shipped to a Texas address are subject to an 8.25% sales tax
PRICES OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Detection Dynamics, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment received or credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
All merchandise is new unless specified as used.
All products are sold with the manufacturer’s guarantee.
We expressly limit our liability to any guarantees extended by the manufacturer.
No warranty will apply if products are altered or modified in any way.
These warranties are provided for the consumer only.In the event service is required, call us for assistance in locating the repair center nearest you.
It is the customer’s responsibility to supply proof of purchase documentation for warranty claims.We reserve the right to charge a reasonable processing fee to research and supply a duplicate invoice or information pertinent to a warranty claim.
All sales are considered final. Products may be accepted for return only in the event of an "out of the box failure".
All returns must be accompanied by a “Return Authorization” number which may be obtained from Detection Dynamics upon request.
On issuance of the Return Authorization (RA) number, please return the unit(s)to DETECTION DYNAMICS, freight pre-paid, with the RA number marked on the box and packing slip.
EQUIPMENT MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 25 DAYS OF AN RA ISSUE DATE, AFTER WHICH TIME THE SHIPMENT WILL BE REFUSED.
Merchandise cannot be returned for credit or refund after 30 days from date on invoice.
In the event of cancellation by buyer for any reason whatsoever, in addition to all other charges and damages, buyer will be required to pay a cancellation fee. This will be determined by Detection Dynamics based upon expenditures incurred up to the time of receipt of the notice of cancellation.
There will be a fee of 15% of purchase price for all returns that are accepted as an accommodation.
No credit will be issued for the original freight charges.
Returned merchandise must be in the original carton(s), complete and in a re-saleable condition.
All supplied manufacturers accessories must also be included and in merchandise shall be in original factory packaging.Original manufacturers warranty cards and paperwork must be blank. If not received in this condition, the merchandise will be returned without credit or a substantial restocking fee may be charged.
All orders shall be shipped F.O. B. point of shipment with the freight paid by the Customer. Shipments less than 150 lbs. will be made via United Parcel Service, unless the customer requests a different carrier.Detection Dynamics will have the exclusive right to determine the final shipping manner if it is has deemed the Customer instructions unsuitable.Detection Dynamics may accommodate 3rd party and Collect billing at our discretion.
DAMAGES AND CLAIMS
All merchandise is inspected prior to shipment, and upon receipt it should be inspected immediately
If damages are found, request a damage inspection from the carrier.
Retain all original shipping containers for inspection, pending instruction form the carrier.
All claims for shortages, miss-shipments and miss-billings must be made within 7 days after receipt of shipment
Merchandise lost in shipment will be replaced after the shipment has been traced.
Upon notification from the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed, the merchandise replaced, a credit applied, or a refund check issued.SPECIAL NOTE: It is the customer’s responsibility as consignee of the shipment, to file any and all claims for damaged or lost merchandise.We, as the shipper, cannot do this.In most cases, you will receive a credit (check) from the shipper, not from us, and therefore, you will have to reorder lost or damaged merchandise.
FIRST-TIME OR HIGH VALUE ORDERS
Depending on dollar value, orders from new credit card customers may require a copy of photo-ID, copy of front and back of credit card, correlation of shipment address withpublished telephone listing, or other security procedures that may be deemed necessary.
SALES TAX ON DROP SHIPMENT ORDERS
Some of our vendors will charge us sales tax on orders they ship to states that do not have a reciprocal sales tax collection agreement with their state.If you place an order with us for a shipment direct from our vendor’s factory to you or your customer, you will be liable for such tax even though you and or your customer are tax exempt in that state.
We observe all U.S. Commerce restrictions
Payment terms are advance wire transfer
Customers must use their own shipping account
Customer must arrange with their freight carrier to pick up merchandise at our loading dock in Austin, Texas
At Detection Dynamics we are committed to protection our customer’s privacy.
Other than for credit approval necessary for order processing, we do not share your personal information with outsiders.
We do not sell, rent, exchange, or distribute your personal information in any shape, manner, or form to others for any reason!
